NCH Discover New Partnership Opportunities

NCH Discover is built on a simple but powerful idea - that everyone should have the opportunity to have music be an ongoing part of their life — reaching communities nationwide, removing barriers to access, and enriching lives through music.

  • 44,000 people engaged in 2024, across schools, healthcare settings, community centres, and the NCH
  • 1,500 events delivered in 2024, from immersive family workshops to mental health music groups
  • 278 trained musicians and facilitators supporting outreach initiatives
  • 19 counties, with a broad national network of facilitators

We are seeking Strategic Partners to align with our core areas of Families, Education and Inclusion

We would be delighted to explore how a partnership with the National Concert Hall can support your social impact goals, engage your team and amplify your impact.

Education

Our programmes aim to enhance the experience of musical education in both primary and secondary schools across the nation and to develop musical activity in schools where it is limited.

Inclusion

We believe that music is for everyone and that people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities should have the opportunity to engage with music. Our current programmes address and highlight the imbalances in the world of classical conducting and composition.

Health & Wellbeing

At the National Concert Hall, we understand the benefits of listening to and taking part in music. These include reducing stress, fostering connection, and boosting creativity and confidence. Our national Health & Wellbeing programmes engage with people in hospitals, healthcare settings, workplace settings and at the NCH.

Available for partnership

We also offer Music Workshops that can enhance wellbeing in the workplace.

Sustainability

Supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals

The National Concert Hall and NCH Discover actively contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, using music as a force for positive social impact:

  • Good Health and Wellbeing (SDG 3): Initiatives like Music in Mind and Health and Harmony promote mental health and wellbeing.
  • Quality Education (SDG 4): NCH Discover fosters creativity and learning in schools and communities nationwide.
  • Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10): Our Inclusion partnerships ensure music is accessible to all, reaching underserved and hard-to-reach communities.
  • Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17): Collaborating with corporate partners strengthens community engagement and creates shared value.

By partnering with the NCH, your organisation helps advance these global goals while connecting with audiences and communities in a meaningful way.
