Planning your visit to the National Concert Hall

We look forward to welcoming you back to the NCH for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Following the change of guidelines on February 28th, all events are operating at full capacity. Social distancing is no longer a requirement and people from other parties may be seated next to you.

The wearing of face coverings is no longer mandatory while attending a concert. However, with the health & safety of fellow patrons, artists and staff in mind, we encourage you to wear face coverings where possible. This will ensure that we can continue to bring you concerts as we move forward.

We have a number of measures in place to ensure our building is Covid secure.

  • There is an air conditioning system in the Main Auditorium. This is a fresh intake system with automated or manual controls. All systems are cleaned and serviced including filter replacement on a regular basis.
  • Clear signage is visible to guide you safely around the NCH
  • Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the building
  • All public areas and venues are regularly cleaned and disinfected by our cleaning staff who are on site at all times.

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, we would ask that you do not visit the NCH. Please contact our Box Office team at if you are unable to attend and they will assist you.

Tickets can be purchased online, by phone with our Box Office team from 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, or in person at our Box Office, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.

Tickets can be presented on any device for admission or pre-printed at home. Ticket collection will not be available on the day.

Once purchased, tickets are non-transferable and reselling is prohibited.

Our cloakrooms are currently closed so please don't bring any large bags, luggage or long umbrellas with you as these cannot be taken into our performance spaces.

You are very welcome to bring prams and buggies.
