Hard of Hearing Patrons
Patrons who are hard of hearing may wish to contact the Box Office when booking their seats to benefit from the National Concert Hall’s induction loop system.

Patrons with special needs are asked to advise the Box Office when booking. Programmes for visually impaired patrons are available from the Marketing Office two weeks before each National Concert Hall own promotion concert. Please contact the Marketing Office in advance on Tel: 01 417 0077.
PLEASE NOTE: The National Concert Hall does not have a lift, therefore access to the Yellow Balcony, Green and Red Side Balconies and the Choir Balcony is by stairs only.
